I recently took my car in for some routine maintenance, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. What really stood out to me was their honesty; they could have easily upsold me on services I didn't need, but instead, they pointed out what was necessary and what could wait. My only minor concern was the waiting area could use a little updating; it's not the most comfortable place to hang out. I had a good experience at this auto repair shop recently. I needed an oil change and some minor repairs, and I was happy with how quickly they got me in. The mechanics were knowledgeable and took the time to explain the services they provided. I felt reassured knowing they were thorough in their work. However, I did notice the waiting room could use a few more chairs since it got a little crowded while I was there. On the plus side, they had some magazines to keep me entertained while I waited. Overall, I was pleased with the service I received and would recommend them for their efficiency and professionalism. My car feels great after the service, and I’ll definitely return for future needs!
